Street Photography, Finding Your Beat

This three-week workshop focuses on finding and defining a street photography project.

We will meet three times, with assignments to be completed on your own. We'll share work online, and by the second meeting, you will start to define "your beat." By week three, we will begin sequencing and editing your work.

Week one: Brief history of street photography, discussion of objectives, defining "street photography."

Week two: Participants share work on week two, with feedback from me and participants and choose a project to work on week two.

Week three: We start editing and sequencing images.

This is for beginning or experienced photographers. You need a digital camera or phone that takes images, access to a computer. We will share images online, and I will post assignments.
